Darko Rajakovic: You can train NBA players, you can tell them everything, but there is no need to yell at them, curse at them and insult them. You can simply say to one player that he did something wrong. As an assistant and head coach in the NBA, I have never experienced one player who didn’t want to be coached. But the approach to every player is different. Someone needs to hear the encouragement; someone need to be criticized. Sometimes you need to put your player on the bench and explain him something. But cursing at them and insulting them leads to nothing. We are in 2024, I think that that approach is not productive anymore.
