A Toronto Blue Jay prospect needs your help to make the Arizona Fall League All-Star game.
The Arizona Fall League All-Star game (called the Fall Stars) is coming up this Saturday, and there are two spots up for grabs, one for the American League team and one for the National League team.
Peyton Williams is one of the three players you can vote for to make the final spot in the American League, and you can do so here.
It’s not like the first baseman doesn’t deserve it either. So far this season in the Fall League for the Scottsdale Scorpions, he’s slashing .307/.339/.548 with three home runs in 65 plate appearances, along with a 24.6 K% and a 4.6 BB%.

Two of those home runs came in the same game, one of which was a monster blast that had a distance of 453 feet and an exit velocity of 111.7 mph. Power is what the 6’5”, 255 lb first baseman provides, and is one of eight participants in the AFL Home Run Derby on Friday.

Williams was selected in the seventh round of the 2022 draft by the Blue Jays out of the University of Iowa. His first two professional seasons were successful, but he tore up High-A in 2024. In 334 plate appearances, Williams slashed .289/.362/.476 with 11 home runs, with a 10.8 BB% and a 22.8 K% for a 133 wRC+.
The 24-year-old out was out early in the season due to injury, but returned in late May. With Williams returning, the Vancouver Canadians turned their season around and made their third consecutive Northwest League Championship Series, falling in four games to Spokane. Still, Williams had a big impact and was their best player throughout the season.
So why not go and vote for Williams to make the Fall Stars game? It only takes a couple of minutes and who knows, maybe he’ll hit a nuke in the game as well! It’ll be fun to watch the 24-year-old develop over the next few seasons, as Double-A next season will be a challenge for the first baseman.
