Today has been a wasted day for me. We got our COVID and flu shots yesterday, and usually, those things don’t cause a reaction for me, but this time, I had a bit of a fever overnight. It’s not bad, but it kept me awake. I might have been ok, but I had an early morning tennis session planned. I played with a cold sweat coming down my back. On the plus side, I won every set we played. On the downside, a friend said, ‘Are you hungover? You are moving like you normally do.’
Game One of the World Series was a game that will be discussed for years to come. And the lesser of two evils won.
